You can certainly shop around for a cheaper service. We only ask that before you do, to consider the value and attention to detail you’ll receive from our individualised approach.
Remember, our initial discussion is obligation free. And once you decide to go ahead with our services, we can help you choose a package that matches your accounting needs.
If you’re a property investor, the extra ATO requirements for reporting on investment properties mean we must charge an extra $110 per property. Remember, the ATO likes to audit property investors, so knowing your tax return is 100% accurate will certainly save you anguish if the tax office gets in touch.

Starter $350 PER MONTH
Ideal for sole traders, the Starter is our entry level package. There is nothing entry level about the service you’ll receive, it’s simply a more straightforward offering and the price reflects this. Find out more here.

A FIXED PRICE
This means you’ll know your accounting costs–for the entire year–up front. Packages are billed on the 15th of each month and due by month end.
A THREE MONTH, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Our packages may not suit everyone. We think they’re pretty good, but we understand that everyone has different needs and expectations. So if you purchase a package and within the first three months you’re feeling like it’s just not working for you, we’ll refund the balance of your payment.

Created to give a start up or sole trader exactly what they need from an accounting service. It takes away the complex jobs like your tax return, but–keeping your budget in mind– leaves you to complete your own BAS if you choose. We schedule quarterly phone catch ups too.

Got more than 10 employees? Need full accounting support so you can focus on running your business? This is the package for you. Tax return, Bas return, annual financial reports and cash flow planning all done for you. Plus, phone and email support when you need it.

PB Accountants recommend Quickbooks Online (QBO) and XERO (both cloud based). We’ve had plenty of experience with both packages-- and believe that (except in rare cases) one or other of these will be the best accounting system for our clients.

If you decide you’d like us to take over your accounting, we will contact your old accountants on your behalf and ask them to forward all your information to us. We’ll also notify the Australian Taxation Office of the change. Done.
